The 120 Digital Booklet System configures the DSF-2200 Sheet Feeder with the entry-level DBM-120SxS Bookletmaker, delivering a great solution for digital printers with short-run bookletmaking needs. The DSF-2200 comes loaded with a number of high-end features including Duplo's own belt suction feed system, front and side air separation, an anti-static device and ultrasonic double feed detection for enhanced feed reliability.

The DSF-2200 feeds up to 200 sheets per minute directly into the DBM-120SxS Bookletmaker, where sets are accumulated, stitched, folded, and trimmed - producing up to 2,400 booklets per hour. Using two stapling units which hold 5,000 staples each, the 120 Digital Booklet System can produce quality saddle, corner and side-stapled booklets. The system can be operated via the machine's control panel or from a PC using the optional PC Controller. Side guides, back joggers and registration stoppers all automatically adjust to make changeovers and make-readies quick and easy.
