These fully automatic coaters are extremely user-friendly and are ideal for medium to high volume production. With effortless setup, they produce high quality gloss and and satin finishes to offset and digitally printed documents. Set-up is easily accomplished via a unique touch screen that will permit you to do all its adjustments without a skilled operator.

The Ultra line of coaters is designed to be extremely convenient to maximize production output. With a length of under nine feet the Ultra Coater will fit in print shops with limited production floor space. Complete control of coating properties is achieved via a simple metering roller adjustment function. Clean up for shutdown or UV coating changes is a breeze. A self cleaning feature will clean all the rollers and purge the feed lines in less than five minutes.
