The System 3500 fits between Duplo's established System 2000 and the high-end System 5000, and provides an alternative according to production requirements and budgetary needs. The System 3500 incorporates up to two DC-10/60 Pro Collators with the DBM-350 Bookletmaker.

With a processing speed of up to 3,000 books an hour, heavy-duty Deluxe stitching heads, and a fully automated setup, the DBM-350 provides the perfect solution for the mid-range production printer. Its push belt technology gently guides the booklet through the stitching section, activating only when the book is ready to move and eliminating static caused by a moving belt. The DBM-350 also features an integrated book spine compressor that flattens the spine for a lay-flat finish.
This flexible bookletmaker easily accomodates a range from on-demand applications such as CD and DVD covers through to 5.5" x 8.5" to 8.5" x 11" finished booklets of up to 80 pages.
